Ingredients:  
1 carrot finely diced
1/4 of an onion, finely diced
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. Cheez-Whiz
1/2 c. beer

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrot and onion in butter and add flour, stir until a golden
color. Whisk in chicken broth and stir out any lumps. Add
Velveeta cheese and Cheez-Whiz and stir until thickened. Add
beer and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over spaghetti,
fettuccini or corkscrew pasta.
