1 c. flour
1 1/2 T. Sugar
1 t. salt
3 eggs
2 c. milk
2 T. melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs well. Add milk and melted butter. Combine dry
ingredients and add to egg mixture. Beat till smooth. Grease 10"
fry pan well and heat over medium high heat. Pour 1/4-1/3 c.
batter in center of pan and tilt pan till batter covers the pan. Bake
till bubbly.
