1 1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add vanilla. Sift together cocoa, flour and salt. Gradually add to butter and sugar mixture. Blend in chopped pecans and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate at least six hours or overnight.

Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on ungreased baking sheet. Place about 1/2 inch apart as these cookies do not spread. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.

Makes 6 dozen cookies.
