2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
7 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine vanilla, and eggs. Add to flour mix, stirring until well blended. Knead lightly 7 or 8 times. Shape dough into a 16 inch roll. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray and flatten to 1 inch. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Remove and cool. Cut roll diagonally into 1/2 inch slices and place on cut sides. Reduce oven to 325 and bake 15 min. then turn over and bake 15 min. more.
