1 (6oz) pkg portobello mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c sliced green onions
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 (8oz) Cresent dinner rolls
3 oz Brie cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 24 minture muffin cups w/nonstick spray.
2. In skillet combine mushrooms, butter and garlic. Cook and stir over medium heat 5-6min. Stir in onions and mustard.
3. Unroll dough into 4 rectangles. Press perforations to seal. Cut each rectangle in half lengthwise; make 2 crosswise cuts to form 6 sq of dough. Press into each cup, letting corners stand above top of cups. Spoon mixture into cups.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 min or until lightly brown. Cut Brie into 24 pieces.
5. Place Brie over mushroom mixture. Return to oven and bake 2-4 min or until cheese is softened.
