2 lbs chicken
1 packet of McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade (it's a little hot)
you'll need: 1/4 c water
1/4 c. veg oil

Marinate the chicken for at least 15 min. I've found cooking meats on the lowest setting possible in a covered sauce pan is a great way to do it. & rice is always a great was to round out a meal that's been made with a marinade.
