2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 pita bread rounds, split
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tbsp jelly or jam
1 apple, diced
1 tbsp finely diced celery
1 tbsp finely diced carrot
1 tbsp raisins
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
3. Cut pita rounds into wedges and place on a baking sheet. Spray lightly w/cooking spray. Bake 10 min or until lightly browned.
4. Place jelly in microwaveable bowl and heat on high for 10 seconds. Stir in apple, celery, carrot, raisins and lemon juice. Serve w/pita chips
