1 pkg puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 can (15 oz) chili w/out beans
1/2 pkg ( 4oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c (2oz) finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced green onion, optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Roll each sheet of pastry into a 18 x 9" rectangle on lightly floured surface. Cut each rectangle into 18 (3") squares. Press dough into bottom of 36 mini muffin pan cups. Bake 10 min.3. Combine chili and cream cheese in bowl until smooth. Fill each pastry shell w/2 tsp chili mixture, pressing down centers of pastry to fill. Top evenly w/cheese.
4. Bake an additional 5-7 min or until cheese is melted and edges of pastry are golden brown. Let stand in pan 5 min. Remove from pan garnish w/onion, if desired.
