1 box Duncan Hines Butter cake mix
1/2 cup veg. oil ( I use olive)
4 eggs
1 sm can mandarin oranges (do not drain)
1 cup chopped nuts - your choice

ICING
Drain 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 large box vanilla instant pudding (can use sugar free)
1 (12 oz) size cool whip
Mix together and spread on cooled cake

Beat first (3) ingredients together
Gently add mandarin oranges + juice then nuts
Bake in layer pans or a bundt pan (325 about 40 minutes)
