5 lbs. potatoes
1/2 Pint Heavy Cream
1/2 Pint Buttermilk
2-3 Sticks Butter
2 T Chives (dried)

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Wash and peel potatoes and cut into large pieces.
2.) Bring water to boil and add potatoes. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Drain water.
3.) Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or electric mixer.
4.) Add the buttermilk and heavy cream in small amounts, beating after each addition. Add the butter and beat vigorously. (Tip: heat the liquids in a microwavable cup on high for 40 seconds before adding to potatoes. The potatoes will stay hotter.)
5.) Top with chives and ENJOY!
