1/2 pkg frozen puff pastry (1 sheet), thawed
1/2 c shredded or crumbled stilton cheese
2 med green onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place pastry on lightly floured surface. Cut lenthwise at perforations into 3 strips. Roll pastry slightly to smooth. Sprinkle each strip with cheese, onion and pepper.
2. Mark line lengthwise down center of each strip. TIghtly roll each side toward center line, press rolls slightly. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 30 min but no longer than 4 hrs.
3. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Cut rolls into 1/4" slices. Bake about 10 min or until golden brown. Serve warm
