4 fish fillets
mayonnaise
salt
lemon pepper
2 cups finely crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Spread fish on both sides with mayonnaise. Season with salt
and lemon pepper. Dip both sides in cracker crumbs. Saute in
butter for 5 minutes per side or until golden. Serve with lemon
