3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 box Uncle Ben's Wild & Long Grain Rice
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cans French-style green beans
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 large jar diced pimento
1/2 onion, finely chopped
buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cook rice per package directions.

Combine mayonnaise and undiluted soup. Add other ingredients to soup mixture. Top casserole with buttered bread crumbs. Bake in a large casserole for 25 minutes.
