1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas (3)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in order given. Bake in greased loaf pan for 40 minutes at 350 on lowest oven rack.
