1 tsp. cornmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
2 T. cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

1 small onion, chopped
3/4 lb. ground beef
1(16oz.) can refried beans
1 c. salsa
2 c.(8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 tomato, chopped
sour cream

Heat oven to 400, Grease pizza pan and sprinkle with 1 T. cornmeal. Combine flour, 2 T. cornmeal, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add milk and oil. Stir until dough forms a ball. Knead 5X's. Roll into a 12 inch circle. Bake 4-5 min, then remove. Brown the beef and the onions, drain. Spread beans on crust, next, layer the beef and salsa. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 8 min. at 400. Top with lettuce, sour cream and tomato.
