Cucumbers
Onion
Salt and pepper
Canned milk (chilled)
Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumbers and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Peel and slice onion. Put sliced cucumbers and onions in a bowl, salt heavily. Cover with ice. Cover and put in the refrigerator for several hours.

Drain water off of the cucumber onion mixture. Pour chilled canned milk over cucumber onion mixture. Add a good splash of vinegar and stir.
