Cucumbers
Onion
Salt and pepper
Canned milk (chilled)
Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumbers and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Peel and slice onion. Put sliced cucumbers and onions in a bowl, salt heavily. Cover with a layer of ice cubes. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.

Drain water off of the cucumber onion mixture. Pour chilled canned milk over cucumber onion mixture. Add a good splash of vinegar and stir.
