5 quarts of popped popcorn, 1 c butter, 2 c brown sugar, 1/2 c corn syrup, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. baking soda.

Directions:
Directions:
Pop the popcorn. Combine butter,syrup, brown sugar and salt in pan. Boil to 248 degrees or about 5 minutes. Remove, stir in the baking soda and pour over popcorn.
