1 1/2 c confectioner's sugar, 1 c butter or margarine, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, 2 c all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp. cream of tartar.

Mix together flour and softened butter, add egg, vanilla, and alomond extract. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. You can roll out dough and cut with cookie cutters or roll inot balls and dip into cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
