3/4 C. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and graham
cracker crumbs. Place shortening in a seperate bowl, add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix well until dry ingred. are moistened. Beat 2 min. with electric mixer, add eggs and beat 1 min. more. Pour into greased pan; bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 25 min. or until done. Cool and serve with sweetened whipped cream or Kool Whip.
