6 chicken breasts
1 cup soy sauce
2 cups 7up
1 cup veg. oil
1/2 t garlic powder (I always use fresh garlic)
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Crock pot on high for 6 hours. Pull and serve over rice or to make a sandwich!
