1 lb hot or mild sausage, browned and drained
1/2 green pepper. chopped and sautéed
1/2 onion, chopped and sautéed
1 cup dry grits, prepared as directed on package
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the cheese. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish and top with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
