1 CUP MINCED ONION
3 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR
2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
2 HARD COOKED EGGS (CHOPPED)
3 LBS POTATOES, COOKED PEELED & CUBED
2 CUPS SLICED CELERY.

COMBINE MAYONAISE, ONION, VINEGAR, SALT,PEPPER AND EGGS. ADD POTATOES &
CELERY. TOSS TO COAT WELL, COVER &
REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEASE 4 HOURS.
