1 pkg (6 ounce) salmon lox
1/3 c basil pesto
1/2 c drained roasted red bell peppers (7 ounce jar) cut into thin strips
28 roasted-garlic bagel chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut each salmon piece lengthwise in half. Spread each with about 1/2 tsp of the pesto; top with roasted bell pepper strip. roll up.
2. Place each roulade on bagel chip. serve immediately.
