1 - 16oz frozen broccoli,carrots and cauliflower mix
1 can cream of mushroom
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of the onions. Pour into a casserole and bake covered at 350 for 30 mins.. Top with remaining cheese and fried onions and bake uncivered 5-10 longer.
