1 lbs yellow squash
1 small onion
1 small jar pimento
1 egg
1/2 cup cream (or canned evaporated milk)
2 T butter
1 t salt
2 T sugar
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion in salty water until tender. Drain. Add cream, egg slightly beaten, cheese, butter, sugar and pimento. Blend well. Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 25 mintues at 350.
