1 lb baby carrots
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 T orange juice
2 T butter
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place carrots and salt in cold water and boil until tender. Drain. Combine sugar, orange juice and butter. Heat until bubbly. Pour over drained carrots. Heat for 10-15 minutes.
