1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. soft butter
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. chopped green onions
salt
dash of hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place fillets in greased 9x13-inch pan. Mix cheese and other
ingredients; spread over fish. Broil 6" from heat for 10 minutes or
until lightly browned.
