1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat ingredients in saucepan until blended; cool. Lay fish, skin
side up in marinade for a couple of hours. Remove fish from
marinade; drain. Broil or grill fish skin side down. Rule: 1-inch
fillet usually cooks for 10 minutes.
