Ingredients:  
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small onion
5 pre-cooked pork sausages, cut into pieces
1- 16oz. can diced tomatoes
2 cups water
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1 cup rice
1 1/2 pounds cooked shrimp (add at last minute)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, green pepper and onion in olive oil until tender. Add
remaining ingredients except shrimp and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add shrimp and continue cooking just until heated through.
