1 lb. Velvetta cheese
2 cans chili - no beans
1 med. can ranch style beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 sm.Cool Whip or (sour cream)
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Melt cheese , add the next 3 ingredients. Heat until rreal hot. Add Cool Whip or sour cream; melt. Add chips.
