Ingredients:  
1 medium head of cabbage, cut up
1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1/2 C. uncooked rice
salt & pepper to taste
1/2-1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up cabbage in greased dish. Brown beef & onions. Stir in rice. Place mixture on cabbage that has been salted & peppered.
Combine soup, water and Tabasco sauce. Pour over cabbage. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
