3 lbs chili meat
1 qt. water
3 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp sugar
3 tsp paprika
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red pepper or less
6 Tbsp chili powder or less
8 Tbsp cracker meal (more or less)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in olive oil (brown). Add water and simmer 2 1/2 hours. Add remaining ingredients and cook 45 minutes. Thicken with cracker meal and cook until thickness desired.
