2 C Self Rising Flour
1 Stick butter, softened
1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1 lb. loose sausage, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 3 ingredients together
Separate into two batches.
Roll each out between wax paper thinly.
Chill overnight.
The next day spread each sheet evenly with loose sausage to within 1/4" of edge.
Roll up like jelly roll. Cover with wax paper and foil and place in refrigerator to chill again.
Then slice in 1/4" slices. Spray cookie sheet with Pam, Arrange on sheet not touching, bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. or until brown..
