1 ½ lb. ground beef
2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg beaten
1 ½ cup milk
4 Tbsp. minced onions
3 Tbsp. chopped bell peppers
2 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. sage

Mix well. Bake in greased loaf pan. (For tomato top loaf, spread 3 Tbsp. catsup over top before baking.) Bake at 350 for 1 ½ hours.
