1 ½ lb. lean ground beef
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 cans (8oz. each) tomato sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 cup water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, 1 can of the tomato sauce, onion, eggs, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and form into a loaf. Place in a 2 qt. casserole. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir well to blend. Pour over loaf. Cover and bake 1 hour or until done. Set aside 5 minutes before slicing.
