2 (10 oz) frozen or caned mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stack ritz crachers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and soup. Mix well. Pour in 9x12 baking dish. Combine crushed crackers and melted butter. Spread on top.

Bake 350 30-40 minutes
