8 oz bottle of Russian salad dressing
1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
10 oz jar of apricot preserves
Whole cut up chicken or 2 lbs of boneless chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray and place chicken in the pan. Mix first three ingredients together, pour over chicken and bake until chicken is done (30-45 minutes). Serve with a side of rice and steamed broccoli...yum!
