1/2 c chopped onion
1 T olive oil
2 c brown rice, uncooked
4 c chicken broth
1 c diagonally sliced carrots
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 t grated orange peel
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/8 t white pepper
2 c red or green seedless grapes
1 T chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in olive oil. Stir in rice and saute 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except grapes and parsley. Cover and simmer 40 minutes. Stir in grapes and parsley. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes (until rice is tender)
