5c. pre-sifted all pourpose flour
1 1/4 oz pkg active dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbs. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm water in a bowl and set aside.Measure out the 5 c. flour, sugar and salt. Mix well.Add the yeast mixture and oil and mix again. Addenough water to make a firm dough. Knead dough forseveral minutes. Coat with more oil and cover, leavein a warm place to rise. When dough has doubled insize punch down and let rise again. After second rise,form into rolls and bake until golden brown about 45minutes in a 350 degree oven. You can also shape intoloaves and bake as bread.
