4 oz Fettucine
1/2 lb fresh asparagus
1/2 lb fully cooked julienned ham
1/4 C walnuts
1 green onion chopped
2 Tbsp minced fresh sage or 2 teas rubbed sage
1/4 teas. pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 C. or 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettucine. In saucepan, boil 4 C. H2O then add asparagus. Cover & cook 3 min. Drain, ice down asparagus then drain.

In skillet saute ham, walnuts, onion sage & pepper in oil til tender. Add asparagus. Cook & stir 1 minute. Drain fettucine then toss with the ham mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
