1 (3 oz.) bottle of Hormel Real Bacon Bits
1/2 finely chopped onion (optional)
5 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (9 inch) deep dish frozen pie crust
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup Half and Half

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl mix bacon bits, onions and both cheeses. Place this mixture in the frozen pie crust.
Mix the eggs and Half and Half and pour over the cheese mixture.
Bake in 400 oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for an additional 35 minutes until top of quiche begins to turn brown.
