2 cups milk
4 tbsp cocoa
4 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients in a bowl. Slowly bring milk to just below boil. (Do not boil!) Whisk in dry ingredients. Stir constantly until gravy thickens. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and unsalted butter.
