1 c. tomato juice
2 envelopes instant chicken broth
4 T. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. onion flakes
1 small envelope artificial sweetener
dash of garlic powder and cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well; or shake in a jar. This is a fat free recipe, but if you'd like to add one tablespoon of olive oil, it will give it a bit more flavor. Serve over salad greens.
