1 T. onion
3 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 flour
1 can lite cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 C. ff milk
1 can tuna
1 C. cooked peas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion in oil until golden. Blend in salt and flour. Gradually stir in soup and milk. Bring to a boil, boil 1 minute. Add flanked tuna and peas. Serve over whole wheat toast.
