4 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nonfat milk or soy milk
1/2 c. applesauce
1/3 c. egg beaters
2 tbs. almond butter
1/4 water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix all ingredients into a medium bowl. Spray a brownie pan with cooking spray. Pour into pan-spread evenly.

Bake approx. 20 minutes. Cool slightly- cut into 6 bars.
