4 to 6 chicken breasts
8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms,
1 med. onion, chopped,
1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. pepper
1/2 C butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sml.. can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 bundle of fresh broccoli,
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Cook in seasoned water.

Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces, set aside.

Preheat over to 350 degrees

Sauté onion in butter in medium size pan.

Add everything else to onion and butter, except broccoli and chicken. Simmer until cheese melts.

In a large-size casserole dish, layer chicken, broccoli, then sauce. Repeat until gone.

Cook uncovered for 45 minutes.
