2 pounds cube steak, floured
1 box beef Rice-a-Roni
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese mix (mozzerella & cheddar)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cube steak in pan. Cut into bite size pieces. In a separate greased pan, put cube steak, uncooked rice, Rice-a-Roni powder mix, 1 1/2 c. water, and 1/4 c. cheese. Stir until mixed. Cover with rest of cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
