Ingredients:  
1 Fresh head of broccoli (chopped)
1 Stick butter (melted)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cup celery (chopped)
cup onion (chopped)
1 cup minute rice
1 8oz jar cheese whiz

Directions:
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients in to large bowl
2. pour mixture into baking dish
3. cover with foil
4. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
5. Take foil off last 15 minutes
Serves 6-8
