6 potatoes cooked, cool and shred
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 pint sour cream
1 cup grated mild cheese
1/3 cup chopped onions
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all of the above ingredients ,except potatoes, together and then add potatoes, Pour into a greased casserole (dripper pan)

Top with 1 cup of crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Spoon over potatoes

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Serves 15
