4 eggs 1 2/3 cups sugar 16 oz can pumpkin 2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp soda 1 tsp vanilla (opt)
Beat together eggs, sugar, and pumpkin until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, powder, soda, cinnamon. Add to pumpkin; mix and stir thoroughly. Spread in ungreased 15x10x1 baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing. Cut into squares.
